REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Wave of Wellness, we are a budding entrepreneurial venture committed to delivering the best possible experience to our customers. At this stage, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions.

Refunds will only be issued for products that are damaged or have leaked during shipping. To process a refund, a  box-opening video is mandatory. Without this video evidence, we will not be able to initiate a refund.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• If the payment was made online, the refund will be issued directly to the original payment method after deducting shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account. A team member from Wave of Wellness will reach out via email to collect the necessary bank details for processing the refund.

If you wish to raise a concern, please contact us at info@waveofwellness.co.in. Allow 1–3 weeks for processing your refund.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

• Damages caused due to negligence, improper handling, or incorrect application are not covered under the refund policy.
• Refunds will not be provided in cases of allergies, skin reactions, dissatisfaction with fragrances, or variations in product color. Please review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before use to avoid allergic reactions.

• An unboxing video showing the sealed package, unboxing process, and the condition of the product is mandatory for any refund requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed on our website can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item is out of stock, you can add it to your wishlist. Once it becomes available, you will receive an automated email notification, and you can place your order with ease.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Wave of Wellness offers multiple payment methods for your convenience, including:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Debit Cards (Visa Electron, Maestro)
• Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
• UPI Payments
• Cash on Delivery (Pay upon receiving your order in cash): This option is available for orders. However, for orders exceeding INR 2500, Cash on Delivery is not available.

We use trusted payment gateways with advanced encryption technology to ensure secure transactions. It is 100% safe to pay using your credit/debit card or net banking.

If a refund is requested due to reasons such as duplicate payments or cancellations within 24 hours, we may accept such requests at our discretion. However, a processing fee will apply, and the refunded amount will be adjusted for payment gateway charges and other applicable fees. The processing fee may be revised periodically without prior notice.
