Wave of Wellness, a proprietorship firm owned and run by the backbone and pillar of the firm namely Ms Aarti Pilani, (referred to herein as “Wave of Wellness”, “Wave”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is in the business of wholesaling and retailing wellness products across India and world through various modes of distribution channel (“Products” and/or “Services”).

To Use certain features of the Website (e.g., ordering Products, posting rating/reviews, receiving Wave of Wellness e-newsletters_, you must set up an account with www.waveofwellness.co.in (Wave of Wellness Account) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Customer Information form, including, your name, gender, email address, date of birth, account password, mobile phone number and billing/shipping address. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event we accept your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account through the payment gateway or other such means as deemed fit and duly notified to you by email or the contact number, as the case may be, that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card account. 3. Both you and Wave of Wellness India acknowledge and agree that no partnership is formed and neither of you nor Wave of Wellness India has the power or the authority to obligate or bind the other.

17. COUPON CONDITIONS

1. All the Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Wave of Wellness reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
2. The coupons are applicable only on MRP of the product and cannot be combined with any other existing discounts or promotions.
3. The coupons are not applicable on any of the bundles or products on any Clearance Sale.
4. The coupon may only be used on www.waveofwellness.co.in (website) and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Wave of Wellness.
5. The promotion is limited to one coupon per customer.
6. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
7. Some coupons may require a minimum purchase. Wave of Wellness reserves the right to decision void where prohibited.
