Step 1 — Cleanse

Pump Five Oil Therapy Shower Gel onto a loofah or into your hands. Apply to damp skin, work into a rich lather and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2 — Treat

After towelling off, spray Triple Action Exfoliating Mist onto clean, dry skin and rub in gently. Do not rinse. Wait a few minutes so it can absorb fully before moisturising.

Step 3 — Moisturise

Apply Hydrate & Protect Body Lotion generously to clean, dry skin and massage until absorbed. Reapply to elbows, arms and other dry areas as needed. Use morning or evening.

Routine notes: The mist is suitable for daily use. If your skin is sensitive, start 3–4 times a week and increase gradually. Patch test 24 hours before first use, avoid broken or irritated skin, and discontinue if persistent irritation occurs. Always use sunscreen the following morning; for extended outdoor exposure, layer SPF 30 or above.
